Recently moved here from Florida and had multiple error codes on my Jeep Rubicon x on Sunday. Made an online appointment for Monday morning. Service rep Jason was accommodating, diagnosed the problem same day , had the rear wheel sensor delivered on Tuesday morning , it was installed and total turnaround time was approximately 24 hrs. Katie at the service desk and Ethan in service are some of the most incredible customer service personnel I have ever encountered. My engine basically blew up on a Saturday right before they closed. Katie got me a shuttle to get off the highway safely and Ethan checked in with me first thing Monday morning to start the repair. I’ve never had service this incredible in my life! Best dealership ever!

I brought my Dodge Ram in the other day to ask for assistance on an engine warning light that caused me concern. Ashley Aldridge assisted me and was able to diagnose the issue and reset the computer in a matter of a few minutes. She also shared knowledge of other trouble shooting tips. She was amazing and I appreciated her professionalism.

These guys never fail I drive up from Colorado Springs to service my 21 ram 2500. All the local dealers have let me down either on the work performed or service. These guys got me in same day for a def issue luckily turned out to be a software update. The shop foreman is a diesel tech as well so lots of confidence there. They tend to cycle through service advisors but every one I have worked with was awesome. Today it was Ethan.

I had a fantastic experience with Ashley A., our service manager. I’ve had nice service managers before, but they were not as responsive. Ashley had the problem figured out and taken care of immediately. We bring in work vans and having them on the lot costs money. The last time we had a problem, my truck sat on the lot for 7 months waiting for parts for the transmission. This time it was also transmission related, and I had the van back the next week. Ashley was on top of it the whole time!
